The college occupies the top 2 floors of the building. The building is a short 5 minute walk from the large Warringah Mall shopping complex and bus interchange with express buses connecting us to all parts of Sydney. The Warringah Mall Shopping complex provides students with a wide range of retail and service shops that will cater to their every need. The college is only 5 minutes by car to the popular tourist area of Manly. But we are far enough away so that students do not feel like tourists. They can choose to go to and from this beautiful seaside suburb – but do not have to be there every day.
Away from Manly, the Northern beaches is made up of many suburbs surrounded by natural bushland where many of our students choose to stay with Australian families or they may choose to live closer to the coast in reasonably priced apartment accommodation.

MEC is 2 minutes from Warringah Mall and the main bus stop on Pittwater road.

MEC is 5 - 20 minutes from over 10 beautiful beaches.

MEC is 30 minutes by bus and half an hour by ferry to the city centre.

It’s famous as a place for “fun in the sun” – with over 290 sunny days a year, in which people can enjoy beautiful white sandy beaches and a crystal clear ocean.
Maewill English College Gold Coast occupies the whole of Level 2 of Jandream Plaza, on Nind Street, Southport, north of Surfers Paradise.
Southport is a hub of business for the Gold Coast with the Court House, Library, major shopping Centre, Police Station and Department of Immigration Office.
It is only 5 minutes by car to famous Surfers Paradise, which is the centre of Queensland Tourism.
Australia Fair Shopping Centre is located on Queen Street Mall, two blocks south of the College and it offers more than 200 retail stores and a food court. There are a lot of nice restaurants and clothing stores in the Mall, too. All the buses stop at Australia Fair. Southport is also a great area for students to live as the rent is usually more reasonable than central Surfers Paradise.
