My First Impressions of Australia

Before I came to Australia I knew a little about it. For example in Geography class the teacher told us that Australia is a big country in the ocean. Therefore Australia is surrounded by sea and it has a lot of animals that other countries don’t have like koalas, kangaroos and platypuses.

So when I arrived in Australia I noticed other things. I discovered that Australia is a very big country and it is very clean and beautiful, like a big garden. The Australian beach is especially very nice. Australia is different from China because China is a very busy country. However, Australia is very relaxed so I like Australia even though you can’t relax yourself because study is very important.

Also Australian people are very friendly. If you have some difficulties they always help you. Sometimes on the road some unfamiliar people say hello to you. I think the reason is that maybe they are in a good mood and they want to share their joy with other people.

Finally, Australia’s environmental protection is very outstanding. I think it’s the cleanest country in the world, so the air is very good and fresh air is beneficial to people’s health.

During the night everywhere is very quiet except the city. A quiet environment is also beneficial to peoples health. I think Australia is a great country.

Beautiful weather, beautiful beaches and parks.

There is so much to do! Maewill students at the Maritime Museum.
